Processing & Handling

We know you want your cards fast and safe.

  • Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Standard Shipping 3–5 Business Days Ideal for low-value raw cards.
Expedited Shipping 1–3 Business Days Recommended for high-value or graded cards.
International 7–21 Business Days Rates and times vary by destination.

Packaging Standards

We take pride in our "Collector-First" packaging. To ensure your items arrive in the condition described:

  • Single Cards: Shipped in a penny sleeve and top-loader (or semi-rigid holder), in a shell/rigid trading card envelope or in a bubble mailer. 

  • Graded Cards: Wrapped in protective sleeves and cushioned with bubble wrap to prevent scuffing or cracking.

  • Card Sets: Shipped in sturdy boxes with ample packing material to prevent corner dings or seal tears.

Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation

  • High-Value Orders: For orders exceeding $250, we may require Signature Confirmation upon delivery to ensure the package reaches you safely.

  • Insurance: While we package items securely, we recommend selecting an insured shipping tier for high-value purchases. Lacrosse Trading Card, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier once they have left our facility, though we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable," the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are typically collected by the delivering freight company or when you pick the item up.

Combined Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer combined shipping for customers who place multiple orders on the same calendar day. To qualify for a shipping refund on additional orders, please follow these guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Combined shipping applies only to multiple orders placed on the same day only (Eastern Time).

  • How it Works: Please pay for shipping on your first order. For subsequent orders placed the same day, send an email to info@lacrossetradingcards.com with your order numbers.

  • Refund Process: Once we verify that your items can be safely packaged together, we will process a refund for the excess shipping charges back to your original payment method.

  • Exceptions: If an order has already been processed or dropped off at the post office, we cannot combine it with a newer order. High-value items that require separate insurance or specific weight-based packaging may be ineligible for combined shipping at our discretion.
