Refund policy

Overview

All sales are final. Due to the volatile nature of the sports trading card market, we do not accept returns based on market fluctuations or "buyer’s remorse." However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@lacrossetradingcards.com with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve it.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To help us evaluate the issue, please include clear photos of the item and its original packaging in your email.

Authorized Returns

If a return is deemed necessary and pre-approved by our team:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (e.g., still in the original penny sleeve, top-loader, or sealed pack/box).

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original or equivalent protective packaging to ensure safe transit.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without a prior return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
